Caress the trigger he´s ready for the race - with demons that drags him back in to the past - it´s time to silence the whisper in deaf ears - time to tear down the veil of distress - as sound cuts the air tension devours sanity - just to conquer the obstacles he made - words he swallowed have clogged his dry throat - shown him how deep the well can be - when you rushed for gleam - illuminating surface - and desolation is all that you´ve found - fourth summer has passed - since I merged with the waves - roamed the bottom and slept in my grave - cursing the existence of the phantom that never aspired to haunt me - now I can see clearly - mirage dissolves in inner rain - bring the light to the tunnels to morrow - break the key in the door of yesterday

Standing behind the curtain into the world - settled by lifeless specters of this century - Walking in this parade of misery – willingly enslaved waiting to be set free - sight blurred by sleepless lights – wraiths caught in eternal nights – is this who we are? – is this who we meant to be? – is this who we are? – is this our destiny?

Like a pole in the flood - you watch the world break down - worn out palms are protecting your modest home - hands numbed by frost of olden winters - but still strong enough to hold the roof above - endless days - restless nights - Years of chasing tiny sparks of better - tomorrow vanishing in toneless mist - with head in the clouds - but feet on the ground - with bare feet you keep walking - the road - covered with the shards - in these times when empathy is dead - and our ghosts are haunted by themselves - we´ve built the house that firmly stands on sand - carrying the fire in storms of consciousness - with pride and great admiration I look up at you now - and wish one day I could be so tireless and stoic - through these lines I promise that I will die trying - so one day you can see me the way I see you now - when life will sink its teeth - deeper in my skin - your blood in my veins - will show me way back home.

All my aspirations fade like the smoke from the morning cigarette - while my lungs are filling with the filth of regret - soul-crushing ache trying to take - trying to break my dreams - I´m a falcon with broken wings crushing in to the ground - Paralyzed, I am stuck and fear of change hunts me like a hound - sinking into a lake of sorrow and self-pity, waiting to be drowned - while the answers to my questions are nowhere to be found - crumbled fragments of my own essence lie quietly in the ruins of my pride - while the vultures are waiting for my fall, I decide to lead one last battle in this war - and as I take aim and roar with a broken throat, I realize my history´s not worth fighting for - I drown my past in the fire of memories - so I can watch new life rise from the ashes - Rise
